Dolanda L .McMillen is the founder and owner of TruBeauty Studio Boutique. As a women of FAITH! Dolanda has been truly blessed in her Journey as a Successful Entrepreneur. Dolanda believes Persistence, Determination and PRAYER is the KEY to SUCCESS.

Dolanda's Career as a Cosmetologist for 25 years has allowed her to create Phenomenal Styles through hair care and styling. Her career has blessed her to provide an Exceptional Life Style for her family. During this time she’s won several awards for outstanding service from Uof M Bronze Elegance Annual Charity Fashion Show, Detroit Public School Sponsor a Senior Champaign. She has mentored and trained some of the top known hairstylist in the industry.

Dolanda's purpose is not just being a Successful Hairdresser or Business Owner... It’s much deeper than THAT!
